These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 555ss (hereinafter "555ss", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://555ss.io.

By registering an account, accessing the 555ss platform, or making use of any service offered on 555ss.io — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, card games, and promotional offers — you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, together with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published by 555ss from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. 555ss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal registered account created by a Player on the 555ss platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a 555ss promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Platform" means the 555ss website at 555ss.io, including all games, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Taka" / "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the 555ss platform.

Use of the 555ss platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 555ss platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by action of 555ss.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 555ss or any of its affiliated game providers.

555ss reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Any Player who is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the sole discretion of 555ss after satisfaction of any applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 555ss, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 555ss platform. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your Account. Any changes to your personal details must be notified to 555ss support promptly.
• Accounts registered using false, fictitious, or third-party identities will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• 555ss reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, 555ss will send a verification message to the mobile number or email address provided. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days from registration may be deactivated by 555ss.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.

555ss will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 555ss that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify the 555ss support team immediately.

You must notify 555ss immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 555ss will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation. However, 555ss accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

555ss strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. This feature is available via the Account security settings after any 555ss login.

555ss accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, 555ss reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual Accounts at its discretion, particularly where KYC verification is pending.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Account within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to process depending on the sending institution.
• 555ss does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 555ss accepts no responsibility.

Any deposit funds suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation. 555ss complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Withdrawals from a 555ss Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the Account, and that is registered in the name of the Account holder.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 555ss requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within one to four hours. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• 555ss reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days where additional security or compliance checks are required.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before processing is completed, provided the cancellation is made before the funds have been dispatched by 555ss. Once dispatched, no cancellation is possible.

555ss offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in the Account. Real-money funds are used first in all game rounds unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 555ss reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by Players prior to such amendment.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Accounts may be permanently closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, and Pohela Boishakh may be offered at 555ss's discretion. Eligibility criteria and wagering requirements for these promotions are published in advance on the 555ss platform.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the 555ss platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 555ss system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless specifically permitted by the applicable game or sport rules.
• 555ss reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneous price or odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable settlement rules are determined by the sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In general, bets on postponed matches will be voided if the match does not take place within 72 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within each market. 555ss reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at any time.
• For live in-play betting, 555ss will suspend markets when significant events occur (wickets, goals, penalties). Bets placed after the occurrence of an event but before the market is suspended may be voided at 555ss's discretion.
• All casino game results are generated by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. 555ss does not influence any casino game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555ss platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or customer support interaction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the 555ss platform or any game offered thereon. Any Player who discovers such a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, or depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access the Account of another Player without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a manner intended to defraud 555ss or any other Player.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, by opening a new Account.

555ss is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account dashboard after any 555ss login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, the Player will be unable to place further real-money bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 5 years) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be restricted from all real-money wagering activity. 555ss strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.

555ss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 555ss includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, national ID or passport number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, device identifiers, IP address, and transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

555ss will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties including payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555ss platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 555ss.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use the 555ss name, logo, or branding in any context not expressly authorised by 555ss.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 555ss intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ss excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data resulting from a third-party data feed error, where 555ss has acted promptly to void or correct the affected bets upon discovery.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

Where 555ss is found to be liable despite the above exclusions, the aggregate liability of 555ss to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

555ss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 555ss will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the 555ss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 555ss platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 555ss operates as a safe and reliable platform and aims to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact the 555ss customer support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the complaint by submitting a written summary to the 555ss complaints handling team at [email protected].

555ss will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will provide a final decision within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, 555ss will cooperate with any competent authority or alternative dispute resolution body in good faith.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
